Dr. Sarah Bartlett is a Certified Light on Anxiety Treatment Specialist and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Before joining Light On Anxiety, Dr. Bartlett completed her internship and post-doctoral training working with children, adolescents, and families in the community and higher level of care settings, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Dr. Bartlett has expertise and a passion for working with clients of all ages, and uses evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. She also treats individuals who present with ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, bipolar disorders, and Gender Dysphoria. She supports children, teens, and adults recovering from grief, divorce, and bullying or social exclusion. Within treatment, Dr. Bartlett seeks to build a positive and encouraging therapeutic relationship with her clients and their families. She provides individualized feedback, clinical recommendations, and resources to assist clients in effectively coping with emotions and fears. Dr. Bartlett utilizes a nonjudgmental, validating, and collaborative approach to help clients adapt to environmental challenges so that they can continue to live their full lives based on the values that are most important to them.
