Dr. Robbins is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in San Diego, California with over 20 years experience in mental health care. She is the owner of Child Psych San Diego, a private practice that specializes in helping children, teens, and adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, tic disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. At Child Psych San Diego, high-quality evidence-based treatment is provided both in-person and conveniently via video. Dr. Robbins enjoys providing care and support for her clients with a balance of compassion, encouragement, and warmth. Dr. Robbins has extensive training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She also is certified in providing Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), a first-line treatment for Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders and received general, ARFID, and Failure to Launch training in Supportive Parenting For Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent-based treatment program for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. Additionally, Dr. Robbins provides consultation to mental health professionals and provides in-person psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments for the evaluation of ADHD, emotional and behavioral concerns, and autism spectrum disorders.
